Orthotic Braces and Supports

We understand that everyone has different bracing and support needs. The right support can reduce rehabilitation time, increase your mobility, and give you your life back. Therefore, we go out of our way to work with you and your physician to find the orthotic device that best fits your body and situation. We have a full range of off-the-shelf and custom-made supports that allow us to provide the traditional and model methods of care you deserve.

Adult Lower Limb and Leg Orthotics

Orthoses, orthotic devices made for the leg, knee, hip, foot, and ankle, provide everything from stability support to immobilization. They can even work on their own or as a part of a complete orthotic set for a wide range of support options.

Foot Orthotics

Foot orthotics (Shoe Inserts) distribute pressure over your entire foot, alleviating sensitivity and pain. They also correct deformities in your foot while they improve you overall foot, ankle, and leg alignment. You can have them in either corrective, rigid, semi-rigid, or soft materials.

Ankle Supports

Ankle supports help stabilize your ankles, and are perfect for chronic ankle sprains and strains. You can get them in either gel or air, semi-rigid, or rigid, or we can custom make your orthosis to your foot.

Ankle-Foot Orthoses (AFOs)

AFOs support proper joint alignment in your foot and ankle. They do this by assisting or serving as a substitute for your muscles, protecting your foot and lower limb. We offer them in plastic or metal in semi-rigid, rigid, and articulated construction.

Lower Extremity Walker Boots

Walker boots stabilize your foot and ankle with limited mobility. We use them to treat injuries, fractures, chronic conditions and foot diseases. Each boot supports a removeable inner lining to protect your skin, ankle pads for addition stability, and a rocker sole to ease your walking.

Knee Orthosis

Knee orthosis stabilize the knee joint in case of a ligament injury, meniscus damage, postoperative reconstruction, or for preventative protection. Functional braces protect against unwanted motion while letting you move your leg as needed. Knee Immobilizer: Knee immobilizers prevent any leg movement to maximize the stability and healing of the knee joint.

Knee Ankle Foot Orthoses (KAFOs)

KAFOs support proper knee, foot and ankle joint alignment by helping or replacing the muscles in the foot and lower leg. You can have them in either plastic or metal.

Reciprocating Gait Orthoses (RGOs)

RGOs help you walk by putting one foot in front of the other, especially if you suffer from a spinal cord injury, spina bifida, myelomeningocele, or another paralytic disorder.

Hip Abduction Orthosis

For patients who need a hip replacement or an alignment, we offer hip abduction orthoses. Though, we also use these with patients with chronic subluxation or dislocation of the hip. Each brace comes with a thigh cuff, hip and pelvic girdle, and an adjustable hip joint.

Compression Therapy

We offer several compression options for patients who need help preventing blood clots, controlling lymphedema, and improve lower extremity circulation.

Upper Extremity Orthotics

Upper extremity orthotics provide support and stability for your shoulder, arm, elbow, wrist, and hand. Positional orthotics prevent unwanted movement and misalignment, and come in traditional hard or soft construction. Your doctor can even give you orthotic devices specifically designed to stabilize a bone or joint fracture.

Orthopedic Back and Spinal Braces

Our spinal orthoses come in soft “off the shelf” and rigid custom varieties. These devices help realign your spine while preventing unwanted motion. Talk to our spinal specialists if you have a weak spine or neck and need the extra stability.
